About this Session

Across the country, education leaders are reimagining traditional career and technical education, embracing a more expansive “career-connected learning” (CCL) model that prepares students to graduate ready for both college and career, not one or the other. No longer just a separate course of learning designed for a small segment of students, true career-connected learning is designed for all secondary students, enabling them to explore interests, experience options, and prepare to thrive in the workforce of the future.

WE'LL DISCUSS:

COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH

Why a more comprehensive approach to career and technical education is foundational to an effective and resilient K-12 system

SKILL INTEGRATION

POSTSECONDARY SUCCESS

What it means to truly prepare all students for postsecondary success and why now is a critical time to invest in the future
