The CARES Act and What Educators Need to Know

The U.S. Senate’s $2 trillion coronavirus relief package includes more than $13.5 billion for the nation’s K-12 schools. With this package, states have flexibility to use the funds in areas including purchasing 1:1 devices, training and professional development, addressing the needs of special populations, providing mental health services, meals and more until September 2021.

Watch this OnDemand webinar as Chief Academic Officer, Dave Adams, breaks down what to expect from the CARES act, how this funding will impact schools and districts, the different ways it can be used, and more.

This is a previously recorded webinar from April 23, 2020.
