So. How are the adults?:
Reducing Burnout and Increasing Retention

Education is a remarkable profession full of remarkable people. How do the methods and measures we use to meet the needs of our teachers shift when we look at current trends in K-12 education as a retention crisis instead of a teacher shortage crisis?

Join us as we explore leading practices and principles for organizational change that help schools create great places to teach, lead, and learn - taking schools from being “nice to teachers” to “designed for ongoing teacher success.”
